- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would like to say " Thanks So Much",,starting with Ms.Bridget ( I hope I spelled it right) on helping me get approved ,, to the Ladies in the back working with "The Wonderful" Dr.Schmelzer for making me smile AGAIN.. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible!!! I made an appointment for my child specifically for orthodontics because she needs braces. While on the phone I made sure they accepted our insurance. They said yes so I made the appointment. Today I drive 45 minutes to get there. While he was doing the exam he informed me that he only does braces for patients who have been with him over the years. What??? I don't understand why they would set up an orthodontic appt for a new patient then. Thanks for wasting my time!!January 25, 2017by Michelle DeAngelo
