- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and take an anti-inflammatory medication (neurontin to be exact, prescribed by my family doctor) for the swelling. My last appointment was her constantly interrupting me when describing my illness, followed by her glancing over my joints and because there's no swelling (due to the medication that I had to go elsewhere to get), she refuses to medicate me. I also live in a city where Dr. Mehta is the only rheumatologist within 26 miles from my location. I will have a long drive to get help and would recommend anyone else to do the same as Dr. Mehta is very rude, uncaring and just plain unhelpful.March 07, 2017by David Sisson
